Customer reviews
Feedback from customers across Edinburgh and the Lothians.
We rang Power Lock & Security when we discovered that we had lost both keys for our summerhouse. Their communications were excellent. They arrived at the agreed time and within 15 minutes the door had been opened the lock changed, and we were presented with 5 keys. If you want speedy service and quality work, look no further.

I absolutely recommend Power Lock & Security. Liam provided a great service, took the time and extra care to make sure our new door buzzer worked properly whilst ensuring we were happy with the buzzer and handset speaker volume at both ends. 5 stars!

We've had Liam out twice now. Both times were almost emergencies. He was prompt, efficient, and very reasonably priced. The second visit was ongoing issues with two different doors, which he diagnosed and sorted in no time at all! Highly recommend

We used Power Lock & Security to install a new buzzer system and individual in-flat handsets in our block. Liam was exceptional, providing clear and impartial insights pre-project, keeping us updated throughout the installation process and going above and beyond to meet tight deadlines. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for locksmith services.

Liam came this week to fix a faulty door entry system. The different repair options were clearly explained, and the problem was sorted out quickly and for a fair price, which was clearly stated up-front. Very happy customer.
