Liam was extremely skilful at identifying the problem on our tenement intercom speaker system (which we thought may be beyond repair). He was able to source a replacement part and fixed it swiftly. He also repaired the main door lock which had been broken. Other companies only wanted to install a whole new expensive intercom system without actually working out what the problem was. Yes. On most uPVC and composite doors the euro cylinder can be changed without touching the multipoint lock. We measure it so the new cylinder sits flush with the handle.
Yes. Cylinders can be supplied keyed alike, so one key opens the front door, the back door and the shed.
Yes, for many common keys. Some high-security keys can only be cut by the maker, on proof that you own the lock.
