A key snapped in the lock, or a uPVC door that will not open or lock.
Call the police first. Then we replace the damaged locks and secure the door.
We may ask for proof that you live at the property or have the owner’s permission. If a child or a vulnerable person is locked inside, call 999 first.
Where you are, what has happened, and the type of door and lock if you know it.
We tell you the cost before we start, including a new lock if one is needed.
We open the door without damage where we can. If the lock is damaged or keys are lost, we fit a new one.

Usually not. Most doors can be opened by picking the lock or working the latch. Drilling is the last resort, and a drilled lock must then be replaced.
Yes, where we carry a lock that fits your door. For uncommon locks we secure the door and come back with the right part.
Call the police first and get a crime reference number for your insurer. Do not touch the damaged lock or frame until the police say you can. Then call us.
