Yes. We fit the existing lock release to the new door, or a new one if the old release is worn, and test it from the flats.
The doors in our work photos are six-panel timber doors, a common style for Edinburgh stairs. Tell us if your stair needs something different.
Sometimes. A loose lock, a worn closer or a dropped hinge can be fixed. Rot, splits and repeated forced-entry damage usually mean a new door.
