Liam was extremely skilful at identifying the problem on our tenement intercom speaker system (which we thought may be beyond repair). He was able to source a replacement part and fixed it swiftly. He also repaired the main door lock which had been broken. Other companies only wanted to install a whole new expensive intercom system without actually working out what the problem was. Most faults are in one part: a handset, the power supply, the panel or the lock release. We trace the fault first. We suggest a new system when parts are no longer made or the wiring has failed.
Usually, if a compatible handset is still made for your system. If you can, send us a photo of the make and model printed on your handset.
Some panels take a fob reader built into the panel; others need a separate reader beside it. We check which yours is. See access control.
Yes. Buttons can be labelled by flat position, such as 2F1 or Flat 4, so no names go on the street door.
